Lunch at V2 Ramen Izakaya

This is a small little place, not a lot of seating, and is run by Chinese from Hong Kong. Food is above average, overall.Their Ramen is good, but they have taken a few choices away. Whatever they still offer are good. For appetizer. We had the grilled chicken knee, and cattle fish ball.  The chicken knee was seasoned perfectly, and something we will likely default to; however, the cattle fish ball was WAY underseasoned, which was a disappointment. My wife had the Cow Tongue Ramen in Miso Soup. The soup base was tasty, but too strong for my liking. The cow tongue portion was fairly generous and done well.I had the Pork Ramen in Pork Soft Bone Soup.   I like this soup base WAY more. It's light, but the taste is just right.
